Ever wonder how much you can stuff into a 300D?

I've done it! I have packed everything I own into my car. And I can see out all the mirrors.

It probably helps that:

1. I'm in college.
2. I'm not married.
3. I'm under 25
4. The 300D has a ton of space for a sedan. More so if I could push the seats down in the back!

Hitting the road at 6 tonight!

I removed the rear seat in my 1985 300D so I could replace the rear shocks. That was about 5 years ago. I never put the seat back in. That really opens up some serious cargo room. Just this morning I hauled 4 big coolers full of frozen beef that I bought from a neighbor. It makes a great farm vehicle without a back seat. If I have a need to carry more than one passenger (which is almost never), I use the wife's Honda. Works great.

I didn't mess with it. There's a full bulkhead separating the rear seat area from the trunk. That's the cargo area I meant, between that bulkhead and the back of the front seats. Get rid of the back seat and it's a nice big box. I carry all kinds of stuff back there. I do get some odd looks from the people at the office, though.

Many years ago friends of mine moved from Baltimore to Seattle. They had one of the early vans with the engine cover between the front seats. They packed the van with everything they owned. When it was packed they could not see each other--all the way to Seattle.

Sharp Aquos, good set. My cousin bought one after a recommendation from a friend of mine who is a pro A/V installer.

His one regret is buying it when it first came out....the prices for that set have really dropped since then.....

I don't have photos, but I have done some AMAZING moves with my 300D.
One, with a Uhaul trailer almost the size of the car (6x8x15)
Two, where I removed the rear and passenger seats-so I could fit everything I own inclluding a futon and welder into the car.
Three, with my 8x17 flatbed with two beds, dressers, 15boxes, two AC units, 3 15gallon drums, and a bunch of random stuff.
Four, with the 8x17 again-with two motorcycles and a bunch of random stuff including a recliner.
