Do we have to endure pop-ups on the Peachparts site?
I was in the middle of perusing the site's threads when I was rudely interrupted by pop-ups from
http://mtn5.goole.ws/ac.php?bannerid=6&zoneid=4&target=_blank&withtext=&source=&timeout=0&ct0= I don't really like it.:mad::mad: Are we going to have to endure this nonsense now?:mad::mad: Or is this a pop-up attack? I have never had these happen to me before on the site and I don't like it. Your opinions PLEASE. |
FF with ABP seems to do the trick for me.

Please translate your abbreviations. I updated my protection recently and it's damn good, so I don't know how this slipped past, if it did. |

I use Safari, no issues and it denotes the last thread I've read, quite helpful.

IMHO (:D) I've found using Safari on both my mac & HP have kept pop ups to a minimal, if not none on some days...
I had to use IE ( ;) ) the other day, and almost tossed my computer and told it to STFU ( ) just sayin... |

I started interneting a year after they brought in the FFMED. Know what that is? I bet a buck not, which is my point: If I knew I wouldn't ask. And there's no one out there who knows everything. You will discover this when someone younger than yourself asks you the same question you asked me. |
I have never experienced a pop-up from this site....using Firefox and IE....maybe you have a malware infestation on your PC that happens to be bringing up pop-ups.

Try this for some of the more popular acronyms. But as they change everyday, you might be SOL

I have never seen or been notified of a pop-up from this site in the 2+ years I've been around here...
I would use a spyware removal tool such as "spybot search and destroy" to remove the infestation. |
Same here... you been hittin the porn sites Strelnik? :D
