I have a lead on a manual and one guy emailed me a couple PDFs also. I guess there is also a service crank which though not 100% neccesary, would be a big help and I have one of those possibly lined up as well.
But just to ask further, the spring advances the carriage, but not through a cord or cable, just like through a gear or something like that? The tab cord isn't what advances it? BUT as the name implies, the return cable IS what returns the carriage? Gilly
