Wife not speaking to me

We were recently grocery shopping and I came around the corner to see the wife lugging an industrial size tub of ice cream to the cart. As she dropped it in, I said "Honey, isn't your a$$ big enough already"? Been very quiet around here lately.

In an attempt to smooth things over... perhaps you should invite her on an evening jog with yourself. If that goes well, institute a workout regimen for the both of you.

Flowers. Immediately. I would normally recommend a box of chocolates as a chaser, but you better stay away from presenting her anything with a calorie in it for awhile.

How big IS her a$$?

Ice cream should have a simple warning on it: If you eat this, you will get very fat.

Methinks you are in a HEAP o' trouble.

Wife's responses--"fine", "whatever".
