he certainly made waves, but they were waves that NEEDED to be made. the CourtTV show, "Power Priviledge and Justice" has presented some juicy cases involving those with money and power. Perhaps Dominick was resentful of watching those with power and money get away with murder (literally).

it's definitely on my "most watched" list. and the barbs that Dominick delivered? they always had PUNCH. he had quite a way with words and could see right through the haze and finger the guilty. the world will be a little less bright without Dominick exposing the illicit activities of the rich and famous.

Perhaps he knew it would sell. People like watching the rich and famous get hauled down just like Rags to Riches is a popular theme.

of course, reminds me of a famous quote made by a juror in the Martha Stewart trial. the media interviewed him post-verdict on the court house steps. His comment? "Chalk one up for the little guy!!"

Yes, however many of those on Dominick's show were GUILTY AS CHARGED. his show just brought more of it to the public's attention.

it is a well known fact in legal circles that "People get the justice they can AFFORD". in many cases, the Rich walk while the poor get a 4X6 cell. the system is working.
