No, there is not much of a parallel to the Henry Gates thing. In this case, you have a man who knew that his behavior would be seen as provocative, thus the video camera. He sought controversy, he manufactured controversy, he videoed controversy.

I half expected to hear him scream "Don't taze me, bro!"

I agree that all that would "seem" to be true, but does anyone here know what the law provides in this situation? It's always good to know what a law says before deciding that someone has broken it.
