stumped in jersey

I have tried everything now I asking here. I have a 05 Crossfire, MB built at DC in Germany.. I have an issue with starting... This is the third time its happened. Go to start the car, all the bells and whistles go off but the car will not start. Had it flatbeded to dealer and car started right up on the flat bed...Explanation.. fluke thing, Don't worry about it. Second time i tried to roll start, nothing.. Towed to dealer and again it started right up.. Once again told we can't duplicate the problem, wait until it happens again.

OK, now what...Batteries in the key to ignition?? Ignition Motor... As the car is 3 years old and past warranty.. The problem started when the car was under warranty(documented) ... could this still be covered...Bottom line where do I start looking.. I'm tired of being told there no problem..Any suggestions.

Thanks
Sue
