The one that gave them a job.

All the above?
Although simply not trusting the government explanation for anything is not, by itself, certifiable, I agree that the facts support the "official" version of 9-11.
( Any bets that this will branch off into a new thread/ direction?)

Or more importantly, which nutjob has the presidents ear and is setting policy. Nutjobs will be nutjobs, they'll come and go. Lets just keep them out of government.

One man's nutjob is anothe man's visionary. Plenty of questionable people in gubmint who don't have the ear of the POTUS.

Look at Tom DeLay. Guy is totally whacked, even a fool ought to be able to see it, and yet somehow he became Mr. Rr power broker in DC.

Or, on a bipartisan note, Harry Reid. Guy is in the pocket of the mining interests. Sane people all over the country want to end the 1872 mining law but not Reid. His sponsors won't hear of it. He's not a well rounded individual. Got too much anger and revenge issues hiding just behind his eyeballs, IMHO. (This ought to get me some telepathy grief)

That kind of sounds like someone saying "Hitler has some pretty interesting ideas, but he's a little too strident for my tastes".

So now you are comparing Beck to Hitler?
According to the rules---you lose.

Under those rules, Beck would have been down for the count months ago. Him and plenty of other Rrs.

well, if you actually listen to glenn beck for more than thirty seconds, then you lose. i'd opt for long sharp needles slowly inserted in my eyes instead, any day of the week.

what a heroic way to stifle the opinions of your opposition. if you cant win in the battle of wits, influence and threaten the sponsor. why not just drag beck out into the street and beat him to death?

Oh my. Free speech exists in this country. Get your actual soap box out, stand on top of it in front of city hall, and have at it.

As for the "right" to hold forth on expensive broadcasting networks, well, businesses have the right to decide what messages they want their name next to. And if they hear from enough consumers that the message they're sponsoring is objectionable, they have every right to decline sponsorship.

What, are you against free enterprise??

not in the least...that is why Air America failed...., other than the fact that they sucked and offered nothing the public wanted to hear. Beck is listened to by a large number of Americans and that makes money for the stations that carry him. If his opponents did not go on as if he were the anti-christ, he would slowly fade from view....

that, unlike van jones, is frightening.

these, of course, would be the same people who "read" tv guide.?

and know all about those "death panels" ?

are certain that saddam was behind 9/11/

a high level of popularity among the ignorant and uninformed is ..well, not exactly the greatest endorsement.

There is a large body of people in America who love to hear that it is not they, nor theirs, who are responsible in any way for any of the really bad things descending upon our nation. They further love to hear that it is people they don't like who are the sole source of all the problems.

Limbaugh makes around $30 million a year on the back of that. Beck is just one of his informal apprentices.

And this from the crowd who claims to be big on personal responsibility.
