Best knife ever, IMHO.
I have the exact same Ka bar, its really the perfect knife.

I have actualy never sharpened a blade, I need to get some stones and do the Ka bar right.

Sog's are nice but they are pricey. Ka bars are pretty cheap and you can beat the living crap out of them.
A next gen is like $80, so you don't feel bad about working it.

Yeah I need a katana. Perfect for cutting burglers in half.
They used to test them on prisoners. They used to rate a blade by how many people you could cut through in one swing.  If I remember correctly a good blade was like 3 or 4...
