Hasan was a HS advisor?

The Fort Hood suspect advised Homeland Security on a task panel that reported to the POTUS?
Check report page 29... (not pdf page 29)

Wow, he was allowed to attend a meeting, how could an officer in the armed forces swing that?

"Allowed to attend a meeting." So I guess the other attendees were insignificant also as you infer- so why is there a "meeting" in the first place?
Could you be any more glib?

Barry Glib?

Only if you can be more alarmist. Somehow I suspect that might not be that hard for you.

I suspect the deaths at Fort Hood are not alarming to you.

Oh yes, I see the strained equivalence you are attempting, but I had to squint really really hard. Did you?

A practicing Muslim with multiple emails to a known AQ recruiter asking advice who bitterly opposes the USA armed forces efforts abroad which recommends treason charges for patients he counsels that is believed to post inflammatory internet comments praising suicide bombers kills 13 at his own US Army base in one of the worst attacks on file is not alarming to you. That he was on a HS panel advising the POTUS means nothing to you. Okay, now I see how you needed to squint really hard.

Do you suspect that he advised the president to bomb something?

Or some other terrorist act?

It is alarming that he was not canned long ago. He obviously was a lousy doctor and possibly a terrorist sympathizer....

i know we can send him to gitmo -- for sure it will be a 3 ring what ever happens, the o team still to date has not made a desision on troops, and that is just fine with some on this site - a double standard exist as it come to body bags all we keep hearing from the lame streem media is bush kills our troops or blood for oil, - well Os been in office and he was fixing that first on the trail as i remember, wearing out the cash making machines is all he has been able to do you see anything else i might have missed -- jz

actually what is of my concern is that he was not caught in any screening of who could be on the panel. I doubt if he had actual access to the POTUS or POTUS to be, but it seems like a security breech for sure. Not Obama's fault, but certainly a HS & Secret Service & CID glitch. No real way of telling if he had any actual input at all, but after his behavior at Walter Reed, there is no way he should have been allowed to participate

"on a panel" . . . from the document you linked to, I don't notice that his presence was anything more than one of the Task Force Event Participants, which does not further designate whether they spoke, gave advice or counsel, or merely sat in a meeting venue, sipping tea and having a lovely baked good while those listed as presenters did speak.

Do you have any other information about being "on a panel advising the POTUS?" I can hardly wait for your next post when you tell us that he was directing the Homeland Security senior management on anti-terrorism strategy. Please hurry.

Why are you two fringe lefties so strongly defending this guy? He was on a panel fer god's sake. It's not like BHO gave him a kiss and asked him to sit next to him as the next Rasputin. If McCain won the election you two would be howling, and I would have been posting the exact same things I posted now. This is the type of blindness faith submissiveness that the non fringe left of USA is afraid of. He obviously should have been vetted a bit more.
