ACLU Represents Mr. Moneybags!
Of course, any loyal American would have just divulged all the information because it was good for national security.
Hey Buddy, Where Did That Cash Come From? It is not illegal, by the way, to carry a large amount of cash while traveling. (The law does require cash amounts over $10,000 to be declared on international trips.) And as the American Civil Liberties Union argued in a lawsuit filed in June against the T.S.A. in the Bierfeldt case, screeners exceeded their authority in detaining him and demanding explanations once Mr. Bierfeldt had cleared standard checkpoint security inspection. |

The ACLU dropped the suit. Why, do you suppose ?
TSA pleased with outcome? I guess. ACLU agrees with agressive security screening. Kumbaya! We live in peace and harmony. |

I know, it's so unlike them to be reasonable and represent non-scum!
Although, the client did have an iPhone and was a Ron Paul supporter . . . |
