advice needed please on digital movie cameras
 

Has anyone gotten one of the newer, inexpensive digital cameras?

Are there differences such as file format, battery, zoom, other features etc that make a big difference?

If so, what are they?

I'd like to get one under about 150 if I can get a good one for that price.
