I ordered a set of brake rotors and pads from them for my truck. Clicked in all the info, 2wd, engine, etc. Parts arrive and they look good, I go to put them on and they are all wrong.:mad:

So Summit says no problem send them back, problem is return shipping cost me $26.66. I want my freaken return shipping!


My mistake was I didn't charge the return shipping to my Visa. If I did I would be on the phone with Visa right now trying to get a charge back against them.

Think I could still call Visa on them, they are going to refund me the money for the parts but I want my $26 back.

Dude, on the return form it says . .

If we shipped you the wrong part we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.

The lady on the phone said not for internet orders.

And yet they have the form on their website . . . on the internet

Is there someone else up there we could talk to?

I'm working on it. If I knew who was their CEO, I would have an email off to him.:D

I'm talking to their customer service people via Email, see where that gets me.
