Broke my torque wrench

So I was trying to figure out how to put the wrench in "counter clockwise" mode. I saw this little hex bolt and proceeded to unscrew it.

Well that wasn't it because the entire wrench fell apart.

Great and to make matters worse I can't figure out for the life of me how to get it back together. There is a small wire that appears to rest on this very tiny raised portion that has a hole through it.

I'm super miffed. This was a 100$ tool.

Perhaps the manufacturer can reassemble it for a nominal fee?

Maybe, or they can give me reassembly instructions as well

Harbor Freight will save my life once again.
