I wouldn't trust any money that the govt touches will go to what they say. Take the Tobacco Windfall money that was supposed to help the smokers quit, pay for bad health, etc, etc. Look at social security that is being used as a loan office. Look at the tax that the utility companies charge for helping poor people afford heat being diverted to the DA's office. Look at the road tax fund that has been diverted for other projects. Why would I trust that this time, there is a real wolf there when they have been crying wolf all day long? Why would I trust that a pedophile is really cured or has the discipline to stop himself after being in and out for tree jumping? Why would I let him watch my kids?

Lets put it this way. Americans cannot afford it. Sure, it is nice to give to the humane society. However, when I can't even feed myself and family, does it make sense? We are broke, in case some of you forgot that.

So? If that is all he said, what of it? That is like saying you are up **** creek because of bad Karma.
