How's that counseling job working out?

Some of our more infraction-adorned members may be taking that phrase a bit too literally...

There are "one trick ponies" on both sides of our forum's political pasture . . . leaving nearly equal amounts of manure.

I'm freezing my arse off on the East Coast. What's the weather like in Honolulu? Have you ever met Jack Lord?

Never ceases to amaze me how people have a hard time handling the evidently overwhelming catastrophe of free choice. Always seemed pretty a pretty simple concept to me that if you don't like the topic, or the tone of the thread etc, you could exercise that rather simple democratic option of ignoring it. Evidently that's too hard for some who appear not to have the ability to move the mouse cursor to a different thread. One wonders how they manage to deal with non-forum reality.

We don't usually have "weather" here, but we do get a kick out of watching it on tv when you folks get some. Many years ago, it was a frequent sight to see Jack, and sometimes Marie, shopping at local drugstores. They always seemed over dressed for Hawaii. . really loved scarves and straw hats. It could be that they had issues with the sun.

Less than 6 months membership on the forum doesn't give much perspective on OD and the richness of it's threads. Discussion goes up and down on OD, but for the life of me, I can't figure out why you even come to OD if you're only interested in discussion of car related topics. Stick to the other forums if all you want is car stuff.
