Chutney...?

What is Chutney and how am I supposed to use it? I was given Mango Chutney and i'm Flummoxed what it's supposed to be used for.

It's an Indian condiment, like a mango salsa, yes. Tamarind Chutney is more common.

But seriously, my favorite is onion chutney on any sort of spicy curry vegetables.

Try adding some of that stuff to ground turkey, along with onions, celery, green apples, for some delicious turkey burgers.
