Last month (December to you calendar challenged) I bought an S500 MY '04 from Bruce Mendel.

Sight unseen.

No PPI.

PIG = Pretty Impressive Guy...

Car better than advertised. He took care of a couple of things (at his cost - no change in agreed sales price) that he discovered AFTER we had a deal.

I'd tell my mother its a safe, clean deal - Bruce delivers more than he advertises.

You can imagine this wasn't a $1500 gamble - I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to buy again from Bruce, no PPI or personal inspection.

I've been here awhile (don't post much 'cause I don't know much) - Bruce and I remember trying to do "Fat Tony" a favor a few years back. It turned out bad for Bruce and almost suckered me into sending the guy money. Long story short, this board reveals the good guys and exposes the bad ones sooner or later. Bruce is one of the best...

Woulda considered having him get me another 126 but I had to put SWMBO in something "more modern" for business reasons.

Read the post over there for my feelings about the 126 (you can see I have a few different chassis for comparison....)

I've got him sniffing for a nearly new SL for my father. We'll see how it goes.
