John Wayne movie

I need your guys help with identifying a John Wayne movie. I have seen the movie when I was a kid and recently saw one specific scene again: Black/White, wide screen, John Wayne as a cowboy (what's new), driving cattle with a bunch of other cowboys. They are on the prairie with large clouds in the sky and cheering cowboys (close-ups). It looked to me that this scene was a pivotal moment in the movie; like they accomplished something meaningful. Any thoughts?

Not a bad movie but not the one. The one I'm looking for has some great B/W cinematography.

Any idea of the name of Wayne's character? Who was the director, John Ford?

Saw a glimpse of it briefly when I was in a waiting room last week, no sound. I have no clue what the characters name is or who directed it, but it could have been a John Ford movie; it had the long wide shots.

I think This , a new channel, is playing Red River with John Wayne. It is B&W. At least I think the tittle is Red River.

Stagecoach was one of his most memorable western films. John Ford directed it.

Here's a list of his films.
