Your favorite winter olympic sports?

Just curious to see what you all like. I'm a big fan of curling, love the strategic aspect of it. However I'd like to say my favorite sport is the skeleton. I've always wanted to go headfirst down a luge-type ice track at mind blowing speeds since I was a little kid...still want to!

Pretty much any of them where getting from "point A" to "point B" the fastest determines the winner.

Ditto, and hockey.

Not as big a fan of the style/judge-scored events, although they are all impressive in their own way.

I'll second that. That downhill (slalom) is intense!

I can sit and watch curling for hours !!

Actually:
Hockey. Anything with speed. Or, anything with flair (Like half pipe snowboarding).

I like the new “–cross” events where there’s a group of four racing down hill either on skis or boards.

I do find the curling to be pretty interesting from the standpoint of all the strategies and just how delicate each shot is and such. Just not something I’d be sure to record for later.

I spent a couple of hours watching curling in my hotel one night this week, but I still don't really understand the rules/strategy. I really like skiing myself (hopefully this weekend), but I get bored watching it.

Luge and skeleton used to be my two favorites, but HD has brought the cruel reality home: The athletes jiggle. Not just a little, especially the woman's skeleton, it's like watching a jello mold in spandex.
I still like the sports, but I can't watch with a straight face anymore.
