In my opinion ( for what THAT is worth) is that SP is more useful as a lightening rod to the left. Her ability to irritate the Left is her most useful commodity.
Her political instincts are nearly perfect; she is, however, flawed in that she is unable to speak intelligently beyond those instincts.
Good as a commentator.

Personally, I like the fact that Sarah uses plain ol' english. For the life of me I can't figure out what is so "intelligent" about someone who says they are giving you money, when they are actually picking your pocket. I think it just pisses off the elitists that she didn't go to an Ivy League college, yet so many people like her. The so called intelligence that Sarah supposedly lacks seems to only be necessary when you are trying to fool all of the people all of the time. I'll take morals and principles over degrees and verbiage any day. BTW- how many states are in the US according to BHO?

Liking and wanted to governed by are to different things. She doesn't know zapp; hasn't come up with one single solution, not one. Her nomination was the biggest insult to the American people, she's a fraud. If she wasn't the whack off material she is she would have been already a footnote in American history. I like the idea of government spending being cut significantly. Especially social programs. Raise the retirement age for SS to 70? Maybe but possibly not as doable as people like to think. Despite myself I'm leaning more and more towards the idea of an isolationist position on foreign policy that says end foreign wars, bring the troops home and slash military spending big time. Oh and definitely end foreign aid.

However.

I'm not ignorant of history and have the uneasy feeling that just because we like to think we can bury our heads in the sands of isolationism doesn't mean we can, in fact, get away with that.

Ignorance of history after all is what largely got us in this current mess with the burst housing market.

Its got nothing to do with any discussion; the reaction of the liberals is purely emotional. Marginalizing her ( at least in their own minds), objectifying her, in a sexual way, is how they deal with opposition.
