Snowpocalypse, snowmageddon...prepare for complete snow-bliteration

Here we go again, Philadelphia getting pounded by a major snowstorm. Word is that the biggest threat for this storm will be the winds, which will approach hurricane force . Got my camera ready, car parked safely (after my DD was totaled in the second storm), couple bottles of wine, Whiskey, and a comfy blanket.

You've screwed up; you forgot to join the milk-and-bread-buying lemmings at the supermarket.

Women and song are the next requirements. No need for milk or bread.

If there was a chance of snow flurries in Atlanta, they would run out of beer.

Snow? I passed thru Philadelphia once during summer and the only thing open was the police station.

Things were so depressing they even had their own Dunkin Donut kiosk.

Ha Ha - so that's a world wide problem then?

There's nothing quite like the panic that you'll miss out on the last packet of Beef Jerky.

I still have last month's panic supply of garlic hummus and pepperoni, I'll be cool.

Well, that domestic Ecco-terrorist Puaxatuany Phil warned you. Did you listen? Did Obama? No! See any Preditor drones over PA or DC? No! Now if Darth Cheney was in power, he'd man up. He'd get his gun out and if anybody gets in his way, boom.
Just having fun. We got about an inch out here. It was slick in parts. I slid past a place were I wanted to turn. Overall, not to bad.

Currently the same storm is hitting central CT right now but it's just rain (Albeit a lot of it) The forecast says that it will stay this rain till morning time at which point we're going to be in for a rainy snowy icy mess. I think I'll elect to just stay home....

Update: my lunch break yielded a trip to the liquor store. A bottle of Andretti chardonnay, two decent bottles of old vine zin. My weekend will begin soon. If I need an excuse, I'm technically on spring break from school, despite the massive amounts of reading and writing I need to do...

I guess the snow will also be a great time to sit down and do the taxes (ugh) and finish up soldering up some of my electronic drums. The olympics are on too, hoping to see some exciting stuff on there. stream of conciousness over.
