40x60 workshop plans

I have been trying unsuccesfully to get an architect to do a set of plans for my workshop. I have access to CAD and since the shop is pretty straightforward in design, Im thinking of doing the plans myself. I will get engineered trusses so that should alleviate a lot of the structural questions here in FLA. I looked at many methods and I am leaning toward dry stack surface bonded block with a wood truss roof. Does anyone have dry stack plans they could copy and send to me with the breakout details of each joint? Architects just dont want to mess with garages, there no money and the risk is the same as a house if not worse.
