Did a little wrenching today

On something most members on this forum would probably never.

The doors needed adjustment to compensate for a monitor installed in the drivers door.

doors all back to normal. No more droopy door syndrome or hitting the head while getting out.

Some of the stuff on the car looks familiar, was it at the DCS in 04? If so I probably saw it then.

Well you could use it to carry your luggage stuffed with cocaine to the airport. No wait, that's been done already.

Why anybody would waste their time and money on that nonsense is beyond me. They've trashed a vintage automobile.

now come your pants down..

1) its not your car
2) its just a delorean, its not a Ferrari
3) read #1
4) donations go to parkinsons research for the cure.

now, read #4 and tell me, is that a waste of time and money? Little do you know that the owner of the car, Oliver, was diagnoses with a deadly disease/cancer 6 years ago and was given I think it was 12 months to live. He set out to follow his dream of making his own BTTF car.

The more and more he worked on it, round the clock, no sleep nothing, the better he felt the less he worried, the less he and his wife worried. 14 months into it he was still alive... Apparently some how someway he was cured/its in remission... He followed his dream and now he and his wife travel around the country raising money to help further research for a horrible condition/disease.

now how do you feel about bashing someones dream?
