Apple iPhone Security
I know I'll get flamed, but to any of you Apple fanatics that believe you are secure because Apple builds great software.
http://www.zdnet.com/blog/hardware/ubuntu-lucid-lynx-1004-can-read-your-iphones-secrets/8424?tag=nl.e540 Oucch Note it's not just Lucid Linux, any Ubuntu flavor.

Apple will do a software update to flummox Ubuntu, who will come up with a workaround, later to be undone by Apple, etc. The beat goes on...

It makes sense that the iPhone is a target, since it does have huge marketshare.

I remember when Novell first shipped. There were like default accounts with no password and all versions of Unix had an unshadowed password file. Heck before that you could even gain root through FTP.
You'd think they would have learned something by now.

Never keep critical info on any phone. I don't even bother locking my iphone, it doesn't help and punching in the code is a PITA.
