Best way to barbeque bananas

I'm trying to decide if I should use synthetic or dino olive oil.

Any ideas?

Yeah- post your answer in the fourth Pig thread, and use castrol GTX if you prefer the smokey banana taste.

Is it best to bbq them still in the peel? What about injections, good idea or bad?

Unpeeled, slit almost through, filled with chocolate chips,(marshmallow optional) wrapped in foil loosely.
