It might be possible to get a backhoe with a narrow bucket or hook from one end so to get a straight shot lengthwise down the dirt area, but it wouldn't go all 30 feet, and there might be issues with the roll cage and the roof overhang.

I thought maybe a Bobcat, come at it from the side, dig the bucket down at the edge of the driveway and roll the bucket forward, but I do not know if there is a small enough bucket to not hit the wall when the bucket is turned down.

It might be too late now, but I would killed the hedge with Round-Up first, then cut it to the ground and left the root balls in place to rot.

There are some very small tractors/backhoes. I rented a Kubota backhoe not much larger than a lawn tractor to excavate a narrow trench right next to the foundation of my house for a drain pipe. The bucket was no wider than 12". The machine did not really have enough weight to do the job quickly and this might be a consideration in your case if the roots are strong or extensive.
The rollover hoops are easily removed to clear overhangs.

When I had to do the same thing I used my rototiller. I just stood in one spot and had it churn the dirt down around 2 feet deep. Then I put a rope around the stump and pulled out the roots by hand.

I bought my stuff from a local Farmers' Co-op...Just walk into the office and ask the manager if he has some brush-killer chemicals...and he'll either talk your ear off or go "Yeeyup!" and lead you over to his workshop/storage bin. But, be aware...there may be a minimum you have to buy...so be friendly as all git'out! IF you don't need a gallon of the stuff...and you happen to have a decent container...well...you know...
