New Cabriolet Pics

I took some new pictures today while I was out

No matter what I do I cannot keep the wiper parallel to the bumper!

Have you tried adjusting the 10mm screws?

Beautiful photos, saw these first on Flickr. Fav'd.

Have not played with them yet. I do need to order new blades for the lights anyways.

I should have taken pics of my door jambs... super duper clean

I hear ya, the door jambs indicate how much detailing the owner really does with their car.

For some reason I don't like how those look, the rear end looks disproportionate and too big/long......is it just me??

Most fixed roof cars converted to cabs look awkward IMO, even if done properly by the factory.

Nice car, what products do you use on the paint? Is it me or is there a lot of camber on the rear wheels?

I shall shoot the jambs tomorrow. I really wish I had the time and shade to do the wheel wells

If I had the time I would remove each wheel and clean every part visible (including the inside of each wheel) thoroughly. This includes the control arms, undercoating and plastic liners on the wheel wells.

My 190E cleaned up nicely inside the wheel wells.

Both cars have clean door jambs. It's even easier with bright colored cars like ours (as opposed to black or dark gray).

W124 Cabrios are the top of the W124 line for sure

Well I don't know if it's just you, but for W124 autos, this is the one to have.
(And they are stunners with the top up).

The cabrio is the most highly desired and most sought after and most cherished of the entire W124 line.

In europe you could buy a new W124 E220 6 cylinder, with a MANUAL TRANSMSSION.

Barry Taylor nabbed one in Austria, a rare white one, for a US customer, that wanted it imported here, about 7-8 years ago, I saw the pictures of it taken where he found it.

Almost all of them are highly sought after and beautifully taken care of.

Their prices reflect that, as does their rarity, and undisputed old school last of the E class Mecedes Benz ones with true German build quality.

I do agree they look good with the top up. I'm not a fan of driving with the top down, who wants to get bird poop on them or sunburn? I'd probably do it occasionally if I had an SL or something, but I'd rather have an SEC. I'm a hard-top man.

That is one CLEAN car though, and I love cars that clean.
