Just some flunky trying to be a hotshot. I don't think ABC sends reporters out to do interviews with phone cameras. While he was clearly off base, the headline "ABC News tries to incite...." is clearly also biased and misleading. Another ginned up "big deal".

If you read the article their where two ABC personnel there an ABC camera man filming the confrontation, and the freelance soundman engaged in creating the confrontation. The cameraman was identified as ABC affiliated and the freelance soundman was not identified.

It is quite clear that the unidentified freelance soundman was engaging in provocation with the ABC cameraman employee present and not objecting. One has to wonder what images would have been broadcast had the pair not been unmasked, identified and reported.
