Ending the day.......

..... alone when you've become accustomed to having the one you cherish next to you: it sucks.

Good night, Darling Wife. Enjoy your time in Chapel Hill, stay safe, and know I love you.

Information better suited to your wife rather than the predominantly male, non-wife population of this forum.

Jim, I've seen you two together. I understand. I get the same way when away from my DW. Does she read here when away?

awww...

I know your pain being ALONE in New Orleans for weeks at a time. It does suck especially when your DW is the affectionate kind. At least I have chat, emails, and phone calls - plus the joy of reunion Friday

OK, now I am gonna be depressed all day!

You have an enviable passion for your wife! The rest of us should take notes!

Yep
For a second there, I thought I was reading a Facebook posting.

I do respect his love for his DW.
I do understand his feelings.
But...
