It's disgusting. Did anyone on the production team have the nerve to point out the dishonesty in that piece of video? The people around Hannity know that he is a constant stream of deception. Do they ignore his dishonesty because he is so popular? Or are they laughing at the audience the whole time? Either way, I don't know how they sleep at night.

Same can be said for many on either side of the political divide in the media house. I well remember Jay Leno's comment back during the 2008 campaign - "Meanwhile over at MSNBC - otherwise known as Obama Campaign Headquarters -......".

Hannity, Beck, Oberman, Matthews - just different sides of the same coin - and IMHO just as equally worthless and a waste of time watching.

There's no doubt MSNBC is the Anti-Fox. But what I'd like to see are some examples from the right of Hannity-esque creative editing performed by Olbermann, Matthews, etc. They aren't two sides of the same coin by any stretch as far as I can see.

Exactly right. I've never seen an example of that sort of selective editing by MSNBC. It's unfortunate that Olbermann can be such a snark-master buffoon sometimes because his show is not bad.

The way the tax bill was written back when essentially rendered it a stink bomb timed to go off in the administration that would be in place after 8 years of W, which was almost certain to be D.

Is it that you haven't seen it, or that it hasn't been pointed out since there aren't any mainstream conservative John Stewarts? I'd say most of them are guilty of it, albeit Fox more often than others. Don't forget, Hannity is an "opinion" show rather than a "news" show

In the longer version of Obamas speech, he says "the previous administration", which is real life was a democratic congress of which he was a member. A third grader knows CONGRESS writes the laws. Guess the Daily Show never got out of 3rd grade.

And why is everybody assuming what Obama said is even true? What exactly did the Bush administration do? Wait, isn't it TAX CUTS that are expiring? The DEMOCRATIC congress put in the expiration of the tax cuts, maybe someone should go back and find out what how long bush WANTED them to go. Hint: forever.
