Oops! I went back and re-read the story. I was mislead by the Canadian News source tag line. It seems this occurred in Montana where the second amendment does indeed apply!

It's a black bear for goodness sake. Now if it were bigfoot it would have been a different story. That takes a person with real guts like this guy. Time to revisit the video
