Sorry. Canada does not have a 2nd amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Citizens of Canada do NOT have the right (Lord, I'm gonna hate myself for this) to arm bears!


Update:

Oops! I went back and re-read the story. I was mislead by the Canadian News source tag line. It seems this occurred in Montana where the second amendment does indeed apply!
