I didn't investigate to see if this is an actual Segway product or ??

Nope, and not a Segway. It's a Canadian company, hoping for some kind of military application. Sounds expensive. 15hp Honda engine.

That looks like a helluva lot of fun!

When I first saw it, I thought it was a Howe & Howe Tech creation since they build a lot of cool tracked stuff for the military. But I stand corrected.
