Someone figured out why Obama nominated Elana Kagan for the Supreme Court.

Pull up the Supreme Courts website, go to the dockets page and search for Obama.

Kagan was the Solicitor General for all the suits against him filed with the Supreme Court to show proof of natural born citizenship.

"O" owed her big time.

All of the requests were denied of course. They were never heard.

It just keeps getting deeper and deeper, doesn't it?

The American people mean nothing any longer.

It's all about payback time for those who compromised themselves to elect someone that really has no true right to even be there.

The way I look at it is this:

If BHO is in fact not a natural born citizen, then all the laws he signed will become null and void.

But by the time all the crap comes out He and family will be living comfortably in retirement at some mansion in Chicago with Secret Service protection making 100K an hour on the lecture circuit.

Or by Executive order it will all be sealed till 25 years past his death.

We'll all know the truth after he's done being president. He'll probably write (or have written) a book titled something along the lines of "How I did it". There are a lot of questions as to his rise to power, including how a freshman senator with -no- track record was even a candidate. I think the key is that he is charismatic, and black. As bad as it sounds, one of the biggest reasons he got voted in is out of guilt over past racism.
That is what you won't see published.

GW Bush was the reason Obama got elected. The Democrats could have nominated a ham sandwich and it would have won the election.

Yup, when one party puts an idiot in office it gives the other party an opportunity to push it's agenda as far as possible in the opposite direction. The same applies to candidates, which is why the democrats would love to see Ms. Palin nominated in 2012. The two party system only works when both parties are capable on putting up a credible candidate.

Did you expect him to nominate someone he didn't know? All the cases were thrown out, right? That means they had no merit in the opinion of the judges looking at them. What do you think they all were paid off? I don't think so.

How do you protect something that you want to keep from somebody else? You make "Nicey, nicey." with the new Sheriff in town and guess who gets preferential treatment?

The point here is this: If it's going to be heard now, then let it be heard by others that haven't been "tainted" already by the precedings. Let Kagan recuse herself.

If it doesn't happen, then the Chief Justice needs to step in and force that issue first. Ethical turpitude indeed...

Or the other way this could roll (and don't be too surprised that it does happen...), Kagan could go "Ms. Praying Mantis" on "O" and bite his head off and eat him alive.

What does she have to lose?

A President with sagging ratings, a "life-time" gig, the ability to swing either way and it's all political...right one day, left the next and somewhere on top of the razor's edge anytime of the rest of the week...

Now if Kagan is not involved in hearing any such case just how is she supposed to rule on it?

There are five conservs on the Court and they can recuse her if she does not recuse herself.

Any lawyer can request this and it must be considered by the Court.

This whole thing is a non-issue.
