looks interesting. the prius style vehicles don't have much longer to live it seems.
chevy's volt ads are getting heavy, and now this fuel cell car. I wonder what the purchase price of these vehicles would be... rent only, no purchase option...

Mercedes makes an E200 CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) vehicle.
(Not Available in the U.S. , Of Course.)
[Even if it were, Fueling Infrastructure only available in parts of California and
New York.]
We're still allowing the major CNG source (The Seven Sisters) the Oil Companies
to "Burn Off" Natural gas as if it were a waste by-product.
AND the oil companies (AND Detroit) are fighting CNG as a vehicle fuel source.

The "H" Fuel cell/Electric Hybrid makes just as much sense as CNG, IF Hydrogen
is No Where near NEGATIVE energy production costs
(Financially and Environmentally).

I don't see this as a realistic Alternative,Because of the Environmental/Financial
costs of generating Hydrogen (AND the Third necessary delivery infrastructure).
In other than the Target markets with Uber-strict emissions standards,would
you have to re-fuel @ the Mercedes dealer?(That'll be inexpensive,NOT)

Besides,I'd much rather the SAFETY of the E Class no matter WHAT the
lack of infrastructure difficulties.
