Is this an oxymoron or ironic?
I was just putting out our new desk calendar for our sales counter. "100% Post-Consumer Paper." "21 Years Going Green." Yada, yada, yada.

Why not put the "Green Info" on a small sheet inserted into the package? V V http://i195.photobucket.com/albums/z...e/photo-59.jpg I guess that's how you guarantee material for your "100% Post-Consumer" based product. :) Got any more good examples? |
I'd call it ironic.
Perhaps there is a shortage of paper to recycle so they're throwing a little back onto the market with each calender :D |

The entire concept of using a paper calendar in 2011 is pretty silly.

The software that converts text messages into synthesized speech . . . isn't that what voicemail is?

AFAIK, the only use for that software is it lets you listen to you emails while you are driving. |

I don't write anything on a paper calendar anymore but it is quicker to just give my favorite family pics 2011 calendar a glance if I'm checking a date for something. Actually, we still do get a fair amount of checks  so it's there to keep from having to answer "what's today's date?" repeatedly. Plus it covers up the beat-up counter. |

I was wondering which one of these threads was going to link to the other.

Here's an oddity that i've always wondered about....why is recycled paper more expensive then brand new paper?
It shows which one is the most popular (Go to any Staples and count the boxes of regular vs recycled paper) |
