Perfect for an expedition base vehicle or camper! I like the 8x8 I think that would do better in the mud.

There was an 8x8 for sale on Ebay in Louisiana(?) a couple of years ago. There's a poster on ExpeditionPortal named Egn from Germany who has a camper version. It's very nice.
I've seen a whole convoy of 4x4 US Army versions on the road near Ft. Drum. I'm hoping one day they will show up in Army surplus auctions.
The US Army used the 8x8 tractor versions for Pershing missile launchers.

Cars are a pain to import with the whole 25 year ban and everything.....how hard is it to bring over a truck by comparison?

I remember seeing one of those Oshkosh trucks for sale a while ago.

If I ever win the lotto I'll get one of those 8x8's and make it my daily driver. Hows that for a grocery getter.. hahahahahaahaa! Park on top of hummers and escalades
