It's a parking deck with a lower level. Apparently not built to accept the weight of such a truck plus the two tons of gravel in the bed.

Jeeeeezus that had to be exciting. Was there anyone in the parking garage underneath? Wonder if it's still sitting there? It's going to take a big crane to get that out.

Make the hole bigger, drop the entire truck through it, and drag it out from the lower deck, if the lower deck allows sufficient headroom.
