Here in Australia its unlawful to prevent a mother breast feeding. In a restaurant there is nothing wrong with a mother picking up her baby & feeding while she is eating. The days of forcing mothers out to the rest room to feed a baby are long gone. If a business tried to prevent a mother, the public outcry would be so loud that the business would suffer.

Actually, it's legal for women to go topless in Canada so I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. Not that any do but they can.
You see the odd one at the beach but that's about it. In general, things are just a bit more relaxed here. You will even here the F bomb used on national news coverage from time to time. I like to think that the CBC treats us like adults here.

It used to be common to see women topless in Austin, Texas, at Zilker Park and at Barton Springs.

I don't think this is still the case, but it was 20 years ago.
