Say hello to our new pup! (Names, please!!)

My wife and I picked him out of a remaining litter of four today. He's an AKC certified miniature schnauzer. His ears will remain uncropped. He'll be old enough to come into our home on the 19th. He could use a bath, but can't get one until he's old enough.

Any suggestions for names are very welcome!! We're looking for a two-syllable name, preferably Spanish or Italian sounding.

Thanks!!

Cute!

How 'bout Enzo?

Cute! The name "Aldo" just popped into my head.

"Chewy" because he looks like a mini-Chewbacca. He's a cute little bugger.

I like Hy-Per for Schnauzers since they're nerve-ends. There's a nerve-end ToTo dog that's been hanging around my property for a few days now. Never stops moving. Looks like a Schnauzer anyway. I've got a trap set to capture him for the animal control dept.

Good looking puppy.

A Spanish or Italian name for a SCHNAUZER? Gott im Himmel! Whaddya thinking of? Poor dog is going to have a severe identity complex.:P

Maybe, "Otto"?

Looks like the front runners are Bosco and Otto. I also like Bruno. But I think we're leaning towards Otto since it's German.
Wouldn't want the little guy to have an identity crisis!!

Wolfgang. German and dog related.

Wolfgang shortened to Wolfie... I like it!

The germans sometime or usually refer to people as, 'The <fill in name here>'. So, the Wolf.

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I'll post more pictures when we bring him home.

Try Riley. I bet after a while he will answer to it.

That is definitely "Scruffy."
