Father Says He'll Make Sure Killer Suffers Same Fate

Good for him, the cannibal bastard that did this is beyond evil. All the dad needs now is an alibi and I suspect lots of people will give him one. [

I]The father of a 5-year-old boy killed in 1975 is vowing to murder his son's killer if the man is released, as scheduled, several years early from a 40-year sentence.[/I]http://www.foxnews.com/us/2011/03/08/father-says-murder-5-year-olds-killer/

This is just an example of how some folks (political and politcally connected) can, somehow, de-value the life of a child compared to the worthless piece of dung-beetle ***** this child-killer is.

I could care less if the creep was 8, 9 or 100 years old when he killed and ate his victim.

This poor excuse for a sack of DNA needs nothing less than death the second he steps out of that prison. NO ONE IN THAT PRISON OR LEGAL SYSTEM IS GOING TO ENSURE THAT THIS PUKE WILL NEVER KILL AGAIN.

Death is the only sure way to be foolproof.

Period.

This is one area I won't ever compromise on. Anyone intentionally killing a child is not worth the time to defend, let alone, get all "forgiving" on. And the same goes for anyone killing a child while drinking and driving. There is NO EXCUSE, WHATSOEVER, for a DUI killing, of anyone.

Why the difference between a child and an adult; does it really matter how old the victim is? Emotion and death penalty not a good combination.

I find it amazing how people do this stuff and get off pretty light, he should have gotten life without parole.

I'd be glad to buy him a box of bullets. I think I could trade a few decades in the joint for the pleasure of killing someone who messed with one of my kids, my hat is off to him.

Plea bargaining ought to be outlawed. A freaking cannibal kid killer. How much lower do you have to go for the death penalty for chrissakes.

What part of "plea deal" is confusing folks here? If there's fault to be doled out, start with the prosecutors and possibly the family for cutting the deal.

Pure theatrics, The moment someone shoots his mouth off about something like this you can say with %100 certainity it will never happen.

Never worry about the person who tells you he is going to shoot you, worry about the one who says nothing.

If it were me, I can guarantee it would happen.
