Apparently, state legislatures have either figured out how to handle their budget crisis' and have plenty of free time for social legislation . . . or there's an economic side to abortions that has not been disclosed.

72 Hour waiting periods
Mandatory sonograms and mandatory heartbeat audio playback to the woman
Mandatory counseling
No abortion if there's an audible heartbeat
20 week limit on any abortion
Ban on all abortions if doctor does not certify mother's life at risk, even in the case of rape or incest.

Seems like "Obamacare" isn't the only governmental intrusion into a person's medical decisons. :rolleyes:
