This whole memory seating issue is driving me mad. But in search of a cut wire, I found a plug taped up under the instrument cluster. Volt meter shows that it gets 12v when the doors are open but does not get power with key on/door closed.

Based on the cable length, it appears as if it could connect to something mounted on the shin plate under the dash. Has two grounds and one wire that is white with two orange stripes and yellow dots.

Sadly it seems to have nothing to do with memory seating.
