Service coupon for the dealer.

Came across this, and thought I would pass it along.

Its a coupon for $100 off when you spend $100 or more.

Yeah, I am using the coupon for an alignment only.... Its like $150ish after tax, so this should make it approximately the same cost as everywhere else.

Plus - the dealer does a helluva lot better alignment than anyone else. The low pros on my W202 arent cheap lol.

Has any one actually used the coupon yet? They probably require you to to say you have it before they write up the invoice, that way they just load up the job with BS so the net effect is zero.

Its legit....I got $25. Since it can be used for parts OR service....I'll either head on in and get a set of free spark plugs for my gasser.....or I'll use it towards my alignment in a month or so.

I got $100 bucks on my coupon. Look's like they're more interested in getting their hands on my 1999 than your 1991.

Demographics or discrimination? Picket the dealerships? lol

I like how you have to confirm by checking the box that sends you more junk mail.

I only got $25, guess I'll order some new spark plugs or something cheap

Why are you surprised?

The fine print has a trap for the unwary:

Amount of coupon determined by random selection.

With the U.S. Mercedes Benz dealers nowadays, just use their parts departments, (nothing else,) and use them only when you have to.

Grab a free cup of double decaf latte and a couple of fresh biscotti from the service department waiting room, for the road, on your way out of there

Maybe it helps to crow about how rich you are.

Who knows

I don't.

Almost bet you they find a substandard front end part if you have a 100.00 coupon.

Tell me about it?

I'm not on relief from the government for my subsistence - not yet anyway. Thank God!

Perhaps a call to the ACLU may be in order, since they may be discriminating against owners of MBs older than even the one I own?
