Its good to see tax $$$ being spent on worthwhile projects !!

I wonder how much the zombie part of the work cost?

Actually, It's very smart. Its putting a new spin on the reason for an emergency prep kit, and gives decent instructions for that. It's no different then any other cause, except its getting a ton of attention in the media, PERFECT!

Do they have a real zombie plan? Um, I doubt it, but hey it's getting great exposure to have people be prepared for life in the absence of walmart, and the government!

Not really. More the start of hurricane season on the east and gulf coasts.

But run-of-the-mill natural disasters are so boring and predictable that no one wants to get prepared for something like that. A zombie apocalypse is much more exciting, and if you get the extra benefit of being prepared for a hurricane, then that's a bonus.

My zombie apocalypse plan is to be at the Hummer dealer at 6:01 this afternoon, then drive to the Walmart and stock up on fuel tanks and firearms, then the gas station, then Costco...

I figure by sunset this evening I'll be set.

CNN warned me about this yesterday, so I'm ready for anything. I have a lot of firepower ready to go, and a plan to get out.

Well I hope all you zombie lovers are happy !!
We are just having a decent thunder storm go through.
The dogs are scared & hiding under the house. A fat lot of good they will be if the zombies show up, they will probably lick them to death!!!
Normally with a storm like this we have a power failure. The lights have flickered a couple of times but the electrons keep coming!!!
If this is the best the religious mob can do, its time they gave up & crawled back under a rock !!
