Is something wrong with me?

I've always kinda wanted one of these and no, it's not a Unimog, a luxury yacht or a full auto military weapon. My tastes are simpler.

If it's any consolation, I would kill for a Toyota Trueno:

We had a blue one for a short while back in '04 when my late MIL bought a new Civic. It was a great little car, had just over 59k miles, excellent in the snow, auto, manual everything else and ice cold AC. It was dealer serviced for 20 years! For some reason, just over a month after having the rust properly repaired and painted, it decided to fuse the internal components into a solid block. Near as I can tell the oil pump crapped the bed at highway speed and the idiot lights lit up it just as it started making evil noises you never want coming from under your hood. I just didn't have the time, room or money to source another engine for it so I sent it onto it's next owner who did just that.

I've been kinda keeping an eye out for another one as a runabout car.

I don't think there's anything wrong with that, which might indicate there is.

Different stroke for different folks. I semi-seriously considered buying a $500 Yugo once-just so I could plaster it in bumper stickers and drive it into the ground, which I figure wouldn't have taken long.

What's wrong with the rest of the world? My dream car used to be a Toyota Chinook.

Not crazy. I'd love one but $1800 is way too much (NADA very inflated)

I'd take any of these, consider me crazy as well

i don't think so.

occasionally, i yearn for a pontiac aztek. really. they've got to be cheap, no one will steal it, and, if you can get past the ugly factor, they do seem roomy and practical.

Not as far as I know. It's a six speed stick, with first reserved as a compound low in 4wd. I'm not sure the 4wd version of that wagon came with an automatic, but it might have.

Joking title of course, there's at least one thing wrong with all of us isn't there?

I have always wanted one of those. Recently found one at a contractors place of business, and put my card on the window. I want the AWD model only.

OTOH, whats wrong with a Unimog, full of full auto weapons, with one of these sitting in the bed?
