At today’s special meeting, shareholders of The Lubrizol Corporation LZ overwhelmingly approved the acquisition of Lubrizol by Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE: BRK.A, BRK.B) for $135 per share in an all-cash transaction.

It was terrific! Friends and family mostly filled my time in Omaha, Nebraska the Cradle of Capitalism!

This LUBRIZOL acquisition just makes me giddy as all get out! I love it when fabulous companies in their industry LIKE Lubrizol are bought by BERKSHIRE-HATHAWAY INC. lock, stock, and barrel!

I've been on the road for weeks now, just lovin' the relaxing travel aspect of being free as a bird. It would be terrible to have to spend all my time working, or somesuch. Ha!

DON'T GET ME WRONG, WORKING IS NOT A FOUR LETTER WORD, NOR FOREIGN TO ME! WORK, AND PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT IS WHAT MAKES ME TICK! THE MONEY IT PRODUCES DRIVES ME TO DO MORE WORK, WHICH==MORE MONEY! THE MORE MONEY, THE BETTER!
