I didnt forget, the defense witnesses in that portion were not credible to me. similar to the OJ case when they talked about the blood preservative and that it showed it was a set up. the defense zoomed in on a peak and truncated the actual scale. if you show the graph in its entirety the peak they showed was absolutely buried in the noise of the test by many orderes of magnitude, yet the prosecutors lack of knowledge allowed that graph to create a doubt that should never have been a doubt. the true amount of preservative shown in the peak was a fraction of a fraction of 1 percent and well below what is in everyones blood whos ever eaten at a restaraunt
