Well there is little doubt that larger corporations will be catered to more and more no matter what the leaders title is. Way of the times under the banner of free enterprise.

If the gov continues to bail-out large businesses expect collusion between large businesses and gov to accelerate.

The laws of this country, especially the tax code, are written especially for special interest groups. There are about 12,000 registered lobbyists in Washington DC representing everything from defense contractors to hog farmers. That's why things are so screwed up. The politicians are beholding to them for their PAC money.

accelerate? mussolini would be proud of the current state of affairs.

as would the dulles brothers (1954. pbsuccess. united fruit)

however, "accelerate" implies an increase. things are as they have been. smedley butler said it all. and he was describing things going back 100 years.

oh, i forgot, the roberts court gave corporations "constitution rights".

ayn rand would also be proud.
