The Icelandic Mercedes-Benz club had a meet Friday evening.

This is the car i was running at the 1/4 mile.

E500 '94 did a 14,3 run at 99,6 miles. A lot of thanks to the owner and my good friend Torfi who was stuck as a pilot of the Icelandair flight from Boston that same night.

E420 running against a A200CDI with BRABUS tuning owned by my boss. The A200 won.

My boss:

Me doing a run against a E420 '94 just for fun i eased up on the run and coasted across the line at the same time as him. But were good friends so i'm forgiven.

I also did a run a 13,8 run in the SLK 55 AMG with a passanger

Me running against a C32 AMG:

Me in the start against my old car a E420 '93 a great car.

Thanks to the owners of the photographs.

The most complex systems can fail in the simplest way.
Contra verbosus noli contendere verbis, sermo datur cunctis, animi sapientia paucis.

i don't believe in the lord! He's never bought me a Mercedes Benz.

That looks like fun, thanks for sharing the pics. The A200 sounds surprisingly quick although the gearing on the E420 probably worked against it.

My mechanic is Icelandic, his name is Asgeir. I should send this link to him, he's a huge fan of W124's.
